Winter rates include accommodations with sitting room and woodburning stove, 3 meals served in the lodge, use of Latigo facilities (hot tub, recreation hall), use of groomed cross-country ski track and skiing lessons.

DEPOSIT
An advance, non-refundable deposit of 25 % is required to confirm a reservation.

GROUPS, MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES
The Ranch is ideal for small group meetings. The location, high in the Rocky Mountains, encourages an especially creative atmosphere and truly productive sessions. We avoid mixing meeting groups with our regular family guests. Often meeting and conference groups can book the entire Ranch for their exclusive use. Ask what we can offer for your next meeting.

NATIONAL FOREST PERMITS
To enhance the guest experience, skiing and other recreational activities are often conducted on a permitted area of Routt and Arapaho National Forests.
