 This easy chicken recipe came from the December 2010 issue of Healthy Cooking magazine.  It made it to the table in less than 30 minutes from the starting point and was gobbled up in a tenth of the time it took to prepare!

This is a quick and easy way to prepare a delicious chicken dinner.

I haven’t had much success cooking chicken pieces in the crock pot because they get too dry before they’re done.  This recipe worked remarkably well and isn’t as spicy as the ingredients would lead you to believe.

This tasty dish couldn’t be much easier to prepare.  If you want to use fewer chicken breasts, the marinade that isn’t used freezes well.
 

We found ourselves bored with the normal pizzas we make each week, so we looked for a new and different one.  The California Pizza Kitchen cookbook gave us this one, and I think it was well received enough by our guests and staff that it may find its own place in our cookbook next summer.

In the April ‘09 issue of Cooking Light, I found this tasty dinner entrée.  It’s quick, quite easy, and was very well received at our dinner table.
